Return Policy

According to relevant laws and regulations, we strive to provide users with the best shopping experience and products. We understand that the situation may change and you may need to apply for a return and refund. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.


Without limiting any rights you may have under relevant laws and regulations, all products to be returned must have a product return authorization issued by us. Issuing a return authorization does not guarantee that we will accept returns.


Wrong supplied products: If you accidentally purchase the wrong product, we will provide the correct product (if any) or refund. In these cases, if relevant laws apply to this order, we will fulfill our obligations under those laws. Otherwise, if the legal provisions do not apply:

-In order to provide the correct product, the first step is to return the incorrect product to us;

-We need to receive notification within 7 days after purchase/delivery;

-The incorrect product you provided must be in a resellable/unused state.


Goods damaged during transportation: If your goods are damaged during delivery to your address, we will replace them (if any) or issue a refund. In these cases, if relevant legal provisions apply to this order, we will fulfill our obligations under the law. Otherwise, if relevant legal provisions do not apply, unless we have agreed otherwise, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery in order to be eligible for an exchange, credit, or refund.


If the product is defective during delivery/first use or other circumstances: If the product you receive is defective during delivery/first use, or if the relevant legal provisions apply and the product does not meet the warranty requirements, we will repair or replace your product, or issue a refund. Without limiting any rights you may have under relevant laws and regulations, in order to repair, replace, or issue a refund for a defective product, it is necessary to return it to us so that we can test and confirm that it is defective. If relevant laws apply, we will fulfill our obligations under those laws; otherwise, if relevant laws do not apply, all returns of this nature must be made within 14 days after purchase/delivery.


Express Warranty - Products with Malfunctions during the Warranty Period: Without limiting any rights you may have under relevant laws, if your product has a malfunction or has stopped working as expected and is still within the warranty period specified at the time of purchase, we will repair or replace your product, or issue a refund if there is no suitable alternative. In order to repair, replace, or issue refunds for defective products, they need to be returned to us for testing and confirmation of their defects. You can also directly contact the manufacturer to arrange for repair/replacement. Returns of this nature can be made at any time during the warranty period, and you are responsible for any costs incurred in returning the product to us.


Testing fee and return shipping fee: If you return a product without defects to us, you may need to pay for the testing fee and shipping fee in order to return the product to you.


Re storage fee: In certain special circumstances, including when the product is sold to the buyer, we may agree (at our discretion) to accept returns of defect free items. In these cases, a handling fee equal to at least 20% of the value of the goods will be charged. Shipping and service fees are non refundable.


Without limiting any rights you may have under relevant laws and regulations:

-Defective products will be returned according to the normal return procedures for the specific product being returned.

-The shipping fee will not be refunded.

If you purchased online, we will arrange to pick up your incorrectly supplied/damaged or defective goods. According to relevant laws and regulations, if we are responsible for such costs, we will bear the expenses. Otherwise, you will be responsible for all shipping and insurance costs related to returns.


Please note: You need to ensure that the product itself, anti-counterfeiting labels, accessories, gifts, warranty cards, original packaging, and original sales documents are all returned together, without affecting secondary sales. Once you remove the anti-counterfeiting label, it will be deemed that you have finally accepted the product and waived our no reason return and exchange services.


Refund processing: After receiving your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the refund result as soon as possible. If approved, your refund will be refunded through your original payment method. If you are using a Visa/Mastercard/American Express credit card, we will deposit the refund into your original payment card;

If you use other payment methods, please contact our 24/7 online customer service for refund inquiries. Please note that refunds deposited into a Visa card may take up to 30 days to appear on your bill.


Refund arrival time: After we agree to the refund, we usually refund you immediately. If you have not received the refund amount, it may be due to holidays, bank transactions, and other reasons, and the refund process may take up to 30 days. Alternatively, if you choose to submit a credit card chargeback, your payment institution will freeze the funds until the application is confirmed. Please contact your bank or other relevant institution to learn about the refund processing policy.
